01 / General provisions

What is this document about?

These Terms govern access to the PUMP AGENCY website at pumpyourbiz.com, use of its published materials, enquiry forms and indicative project calculator. By continuing to use the website, visitors agree to follow these rules.

The Terms do not replace a separate contract, order, proposal or Statement of Work. The scope of the project, price, timing, stages, changes, transfer of rights, support and responsibility of the parties are agreed separately in writing.

Who operates PUMP AGENCY

PUMP AGENCY, Pump Agency and Pump Your Business Agency are trading names used by a sole trader registered in the Slovak Republic.

03 / Purpose of the website

Information and initial contact

The website presents the agency's services, project examples, articles and contact options. The information is general in nature and may be updated without prior notice.

Submitting an enquiry is a request for the operator to make contact and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. It does not itself create a contract, oblige the operator to accept a project or oblige the user to order services.

04 / Forms and configurator

How enquiries work

Forms let you provide contact details and describe your project. The calculator lets you select the project type, scope, languages, content, design, forms, features, animation and other parameters. The selected configuration and contact details are sent to the operator through the Telegram Bot API for review.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted. Providing a name or comment is optional, but contact details are required so that the operator can respond.

05 / Calculations

Guide, not the final price

Prices, ranges and timeframes in the calculator are generated automatically from the selected parameters. They are an initial guide, do not guarantee team availability and do not constitute an offer. A final estimate is provided only after the project, materials, integrations and technical constraints have been reviewed and the scope agreed.

If the website offers a 10% discount for submitting a configuration, the discount may be reserved for the first project once confirmed by the operator. It cannot be paid in cash, is not automatically combined with other offers and does not create an obligation to enter into a contract.

06/Admissible use

What's allowed

• browse the website and share ordinary links to its public pages;
• quote short extracts with attribution to PUMP AGENCY and an active link;
• submit genuine project enquiries and use the calculator as intended.

07/Restrictions

What's forbidden

• disrupt the site, bypass security, test vulnerabilities without written permission;
• automatically collect content or data in a way that creates excessive load or infringes rights;
• send spam, malicious code, illegal materials or impersonate another person;
• copy designs, code, text, images, case studies or branding for commercial use without permission.

08 / Intellectual property

Site materials

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website structure, design, text, graphics, video, animation, code, brand identifiers and selection of materials belong to the operator or are used on a lawful basis. Viewing the website does not grant the user a licence or any exclusive rights.

09 / Cases and results

Examples are not a guarantee

Portfolio and articles show experience, approach and individual results in specific circumstances. They do not promise identical commercial, SEO, advertising, or financial results for another project. The result is influenced by the product, market, budget, timing, competition and customer actions.

10 / User Materials

What you may submit

By sending text, images, links or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and allow their use to review the enquiry and prepare a proposal. Do not send confidential information, special categories of personal data, another person's data without a valid reason, or material that infringes third-party rights.

Until a separate contract is concluded, the operator receives only the limited permission needed to review the enquiry and communicate about it.

11 / AI and automation

Description of technologies

The site may describe AI services, automation, and examples of implementations. On current public forms, AI is not used to automatically evaluate the user, profiling or making decisions with legal or comparable consequences.

12 / Third-party services

Links and external platforms

The site contains links to Telegram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and case sites. Their operation, availability and processing of data are governed by the rules of the respective owners. The operator does not control the content of external sites.

13/Availability

Website availability

The operator aims to keep the website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates and outages affecting hosting, networks, browsers or third-party services may occur.

14 / Disclaimer

Information "as is"

The website materials are not legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. Users are responsible for deciding whether the information is suitable for their circumstances.

15/ Liability

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions based on the general materials of the site, failures of external services or user actions. This restriction does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights.

16/Consumers

Obligatory rights retained

If a visitor acts as a consumer, these Terms do not limit their mandatory rights under Slovak or EU law. Disputes arising from a future service contract will be handled under that contract and applicable law.

If applicable, the consumer may use the alternative dispute resolution procedure provided by law in Slovakia. The European ODR platform has been terminated and is therefore not listed here.

17/ Applicable law

Slovak Republic

Use of the website is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, subject to mandatory EU law and consumer-protection rules applicable in the consumer's country of habitual residence.

18/ Changes

Current version

The operator may update these Terms when the website, its features or applicable law changes. The year of the current version appears at the beginning of the page. A new version takes effect when published unless the law requires otherwise.

19 / Severability

If a provision is invalid

The invalidity of a separate provision does not affect the remaining provisions. The invalid part shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law or replaced by the rule closest to its legitimate purpose.
